Smile at other people when you meet them and watch how they warm up to you . And if they don’t, forget them. Move onto somebody else and keep being your new, assured self.

Learn Something

Anything. Follow your interests and discover more about them. Do not be scared to try out some new things. Try to stay in the loop about what is occurring in your community and area. The more you know and the more interests you have, the more at ease you will feel during any conversation because you have got more to talk about. Tips To Overcoming Social Anxiety

Overcoming social Anxiety can be a hard thing to do. Social anxiety can have a negative effect on your life. It can cause you to distance yourself from the people around you. There is nothing worse than having a fear of something and letting that fear take you over and control or prevent one from living life as they normally would.

Signs of social anxiety

People with social anxiety tend to be extremely shy, feel embarrassed, low confidence, fear of speaking in public, frequent worry, and dwelling on mistakes. Social anxiety can bring on other symptoms such as, panic attacks which can cause a feelings of losing control, rapid heartbeat, shaking, feeling as if your choking, upset stomach and nausea.

How to cope with social anxiety?

Feelings of anxiety are normal and will eventually lead to overcoming social anxiety. Some people feel anxiety when speaking in front of a large group of people or making new friends. The fear becomes an issue when it is uncontrollable and takes over your mind to the point of obsession. Seek help if the social anxiety is out of control.
