Do Things You Love To Reinvigorate Your Life

March 9th, 2010 Neil Warner No comments

As you get older it may seem like keeping your dreams alive becomes more difficult. It may only seem natural that you put your dreams on the shelf because real life responsibilities have gotten in the way. Yes, it may be more difficult to pursue the things you love when you have to think about putting food on the table and making the mortgage payment. It may be difficult but not impossible.

You may think to yourself that you dream in bright colors, but the road to achieve these goals may be a lot less colorful. Even though the theoretical road may consist of doing things you may not like – it is usually part of the process of success. Your first step of action is figuring out what you really want. This may involve financial goals, or more personal, physical goals.

If you find yourself at a dead end job and want to move ahead, you may have to do so by getting a higher degree. This is your personal decision that is made with the end goal in mind. If you want a higher position, find out what qualifications you will need and work on attaining these qualifications.

Personal training may have been a hobby of yours that you want to convert into a business. You have been thinking that this may relieve you of a depressing job. Your end goal: turning your hobby into a profitable profession. The process may involve building a client base before you even leave your current job!

If you are looking to reinvigorate your life on the personal level, find out what it is you really need in your life. Maybe you still have some doubts about why you broke up with your boyfriend/girlfriend. If you are having doubts about your decision you may be in the get ex back mode. If so, proceed with caution!

Injecting some drive into your life does not have to life altering. It can be as simple as changing your appearance slightly. Trying out a new trend like the women’s brown boots you have been admiring from afar. Maybe it is the time to move a little closer and try something new?

Do not underestimate how simple actions can help change your life. Big dreams begin with taking the first minute steps forward. This, of course, is only applicable if you are willing to challenge yourself.

How To Strengthen A Poor Self-Image and Create A Love Relationship

Free Relationship Video Reveals #1 Secret

Nanette Geiger, Law of Attraction Expert , writes… …

A common concern for friends of mine is their assumption that they have to drop 50 pounds and/or be financially independent before they can attract lasting love. This is of course a myth. This is just low self-esteem blocking you from being truly whole.

It is wonderful to desire to look your best, feel your best, have high self-esteem and feel good concerning your money situation. It feels truly wonderful to feel secure, confident, and attractive.

There are a HUGE amount of industries that prey on peoples’ low sense of self-image. At some time or another, we’ve all fallen prey to buying that new exercise machine that promises to make it simple for us to tone up, slim down and have a beautiful self. Supplements, special diets or dieting plans, hair products, skin, teeth, libido, all of it! And these things are all aimed at one basic premise – that we’re not inherently OK the way we already are.

We’re so accustomed to this type of thinking that we never even realize [what is. It’s no surprise that we subscribe to that pattern of thinking. After all, when we are born, on the first day of our life, we’re admired and treated as perfection – mostly. Then almost immediately we’re compared to how our older sibling evolved, at what age they attained this knowledge, learning to sit, crawling, learning the language, and so on. Our hair, our bodies and how they are similar or dissimilar to this one or that. “Oh, she looks similar to Aunt Mary when she was that age.” You understand the pattern.

Begin by analyzing your recurring thoughts and feelings concerning your body. Most people do not actually realize that they have stuck energy or emotions from these early experiences. Negative emotion, whether strong or subtle, does not feel good and many of us just learn to subjugate it, deal with it, or drive it farther into the underbelly of your mind. These influential emotional experiences usually stay buried. We have all heard the term “emotional baggage.” We walk through life with old unresolved, paining, hard to deal with feelings still held somewhere inside of us. These emotions transmit to the Universe to mirror back more of the same. You can free yourself by improving your self-esteem.

Start to change your connection with yourself by creating a list of things you appreciate about you. What really works about your body? What can you love concerning your appearance? Think of 10 things every day that you truly love about your body. Do you like your hands? Are you thankful for working fingers? Make a list of the positive things about you and view your energy and vibrational point of attraction begin to soar. You CAN improve your self-esteem and attract love.

Are We All Conneced or Are We All Very Seperated From One Another?

November 25th, 2009 Neil Warner No comments

I overheard an interesting conversation the other day. The woman that was talking to another said that she believes we are all ‘connected’.

After thinking it over for a bit, a few questions came to mind.

If we are all connected then why do people feel lonely at times? One would presume that if we were all connected that it would be impossible to feel isolated or lonely.

Another thought is that if we are all connected why do we have so much trouble understanding each other?

Why do people miscommunicate so often? This doesn’t require much explanation because frankly, everyone has experienced the effect of misunderstandings in even the most basic of human communication.

Why do people fear telling others about bad breath, when it is easily solved with a product like therabreath? It is an act of kindness to tell someone.

Why are their wars? If we were so wonderfully connected there shouldn’t be any warfare. Any issues that come up would be rapidly solved by the innated understanding that should come from being connected.

Why is there so much diversity in our various belief systems and backgrounds. Let us face it, many cultures are almost diametrically opposed. One cultures ‘normal’ idea is another’s radical thought. This is similar to freedom fighters and terrorism. What one man calls a terrorist, another man will call a freedom fighter. This is living proof that our perceptions and beliefs are radically different from each other.

Why can such a powerful tool for oral health, such as the Hydro Floss oral irrigator – be a big uknown for so many people?

One some people call evil, others call good. How can this be? If something is bad or evil, it just is so. Why would someone else call it good?

With so many different ways of thinking, so many different believes, so many different value systems and all the variations of human thinking – how could we be all ‘connected’.

How come more people don’t find out about a good thing, such as Oramd, more quickly, if we are all, ‘connected’?

I’m not sure there is a good answer to this. All I can say is that if *I* were in charge – all of these problems would go away! Ok- Just kidding. I’m not such an egoist.

I am not sure how to answer these questions, but feel free to comment if you believe you have the answers!

September 5th, 2009 Neil Warner No comments

Existence by Jagad Guru Chris Butler

When an individual is dealing with fury issues, usually their feelings develop when put in stressed situations.  If adifficult situation pops up, often their only way to cope with it is to put up their defensive side.  Becoming angry isprobably less complicated than working with the circumstances.  This is unfortunate since anger doesn’t solve anything.  Once it subsides, the difficulty is still present.

There are anger management secrets which folk can use when found in nerve-wrangling eventualities.  If there’s a pal or member of the family who is easy to chat to and understanding, it could be good to chat to them.  When an individual becomes indignant theyare incapable of seeing the opposite side of the issue.  Speaking to someone may help them by sharing their side of the tale.  The friend or relation may be in a position to help them sort thru their issues and make them glance at the situation from the opposite side.  This fury management tip may work fine for some folks.

Another great anger management tip is to pen down thoughts and feelings during a fit of anger.  The angry individual may feel as if not anyone understands or cares about their problems.Sharing may alos resort to additional conflict.Yelling out will get you nowhere.  Writing or journaling may help folk with fury issues.  Without anyone to chat back or object to what they have to point out, it may be help to get their emotions off their chest.  Using writing as ahate management tip may also help in the future when attempting to find the triggers which release the angry outbursts.  Being able to look back over the info written may supply the person with reasons for their fury thru reading about like incidents.

Taking abreak, spending some alone time is another good hate management tip.  Removing oneself from the environment which appears to frustrate and irritate them may be a wise idea.  Having the ability to go away and reflect on their actions may help an individual to have alook at things differently.  Given space and time may be positive for a person with anger issues.

Some folk suggest prayer and meditation as hate management tips.  Jagad Guru Chris Butler has meditation and yoga techniques that can help one deal with anger. Both these suggestions involve very personal practices for an individual.  Given achance to pray and be alone with one’s thoughts is a good way to release stress and let the pressures of life wash away.  Letting go of feelings of hate and negative thoughts definitely would make a positive change in someone’s life.  Thru prayer and meditation a person is able to dig deep into their minds and souls for answers to their issues and comfort for their broken spirits.

There are lots of hate management tips which people can practice when the present gets {difficult|hard|tough}.  Tips such as |inhale deeply, exercise, get more rest, get out in nature, find humor in the situation and play or hear music.  These are all recommended as hate management tips for the person who unearths themselves in intense and confrontational situations.
