The Reason To Lose Weight

Many people follow a particular diet and after a few months have reached their ideal weight. They then relax and go back to living life as they had been before they started the diet. The result is that within only a short period of time, they will not only have put all of the weight back on, but that they are actually likely to be even more fatter than they were before they started the diet.

I would like to point out that I am in no way involved within the weight loss industry; I am in fact involved with offering one-to-one stuttering courses as well as injury at work claims and providing upvc doors to small businesses.

People’s whole shape can become some what different, larger hips, larger breasts, larger bottoms and double chins to name but a few.

It is very difficult and you need to have a large amount of self-discipline, but it is important to remember that once you have reached a weight you are happy with, that you continue to follow the diet in some form. Going back to your old bad habits will only bring back the weight problem which you hated so much.

Once you have lost your excess weight, write down how great it makes you feel and how proud you are. Write about how you will never go back to your old way of living and about your plans for the future, as this new slimmer person that you have become.

At times you may lose focus and be tempted to go back to your bad habits, of over eating or over drinking of alcohol for example. This is when you read your journal and that should ensure that you quickly realise that the temptation is simply not worth it.

I used to be far too fat and it caused me to have a low self-esteem. School was not exactly the happiest period of my life; many a class mate would mock me, calling me fatty and podgy – these were the nicer terms. I lost a lot of my confidence and soon started to spend much more time alone.

I was a person who found it very hard to meet members of the opposite sex. I believed that they would not want to date a man of my weight and my overall lack of confidence made it difficult to even approach and talk to them.

The Logical Way To Lose Weight

Would you like to find out about weight loss programs that work? Have you tried a number of different diets in the past but still find yourself being overweight? Are you fed up with being fat? Do you yearn the day when you can buy the type of clothes that you really want? I am, of course, not sure as to how you will have answered these questions however if you have answered one or more of them in a positive then this article may well prove to be of benefit to you.

I am somebody who until a few years ago would have answered yes to all of the above questions. I had tried many forms of diet, I would buy clothes that suited my size rather than the clothes I actually wanted to wear. I was without doubt fed up with being fat and was desperate to find a way of losing weight which would last.

I am by no means involved with weight loss in my career; I do in fact work with the cost reduction, stuttering and fostering services UK sectors.

In my opinion the answer to all of weight problems was quite simple. I do not need any fancy diet, what I needed to do was to think in a logical way. I first of all had to ask myself a number of questions:

Question. Why are you overweight?

Answer: I eat far too much food and drink far too much alcohol. The food that I do eat is basically fat food such as crisps, chocolate, takeaways and microwave food. I also do very little exercise, therefore I do not give my body a chance to burn off some of this fat. I tend to rarely walk anywhere, I prefer to drive.

Question. Why have you been unsuccessful with your past dieting attempts?

Answer: I did not really follow the program. I may have done for the short term but certainly did not over the longer term. I must admit that I also failed to these nasty demon voices that tempted me into the types of foods that I am well aware that I shouldn’t.

Question. How much do you want to lose this excess weight?

Answer. A huge amount.

Question. So why do you not follow the dieting programs to the letter?

Answer. I am weak, I suppose.

As you can see, the answers to my weight issues are in the answers to these questions. Quite simply I need to:

Be more disciplined

Be more determined

Be stronger

Walk and exercise a lot more

Eat in a much more healthy way

Cut down my intake of alcohol

Stick to the above for the long term

A couple of years ago I started to implement my new logical form of diet and I am happy to report that I am now at a size that I am happy with.

From Injury to Beauty

I had already faced that portion in my life wherein I was hacked by two people. They had that attack on me on my way home that night. I was very nervous then but I still managed to go to the hospital. In the isolated parts of my body are the fats stored.

It is best to resort to a help from a friend since I do not want to be fat. He gave me two abdominal machines and one ab rocket. And that I treat it as an enhancer of my inherent beauty. I instilled into my mind that I am not fat, though the truth is that I am. I just felt beautiful as I was using both, and it eventually followed. It’s all in the mind, right?

Upon using the sit up equipment, I could already feel that I have body pains in specific parts of my body. Feeling the way I do is somewhat good for a person who is aiming to be beautiful.

The next thing that I felt after using the said exercising equipments is the fact that the law on attraction works on me really. To see the resut of the efforts is better anticipated if there is commitment. My body now is one that is full of discipline, proper exercising method and more.

That’s all for now, I need to continue using the same because it is really of great help to me in maintaining my fitness. Now that I am in the middle of being beautiful, I owe it to people who are always there for me and that is with the mentioning of their contributed equipments for exercising. But the key to living a happy life is to always keep a positive attitude when it comes to tragedies and failures that attack your life.

Beauty After DIsaster

Of course, I do not like to remain that fat that’s why I got a sort of a help from my friend who work at the physical fitness gym. He gave me two abdominal machines and one ab rocket machine. It was really cool because I just considered them as forms of beauty enhancer. I instilled into my mind that I am not fat, though the truth is that I am. I just felt beautiful as I was using both, and it eventually followed. It’s all in the mind, right?

Upon using the situp equipment, I could already feel that I have body pains in specific parts of my body. The instructor then told me that it is good that I feel that way because it only means that I am going to be beautiful once more.
