If you have just entered into an engagement with the one you love to be married, then you have also taken the first step, in the beginning of a new way of life. Many people do not realize just how dramatically different their lives will be once they are married. The change is for the good and for those couples that realize that, being married is one of the best things that could have happened to them.
For some men wedding bands for themselves are the last thing they are thinking about when they are at a jewelry store picking out an engagement set for their wife to be. However, he should choose a nice band for himself that matches the set he is getting for his soon to be bride. These rings should be chosen with care because they are going to the symbol of an everlasting love between two people.
After the wedding day has past, the life of this new little family of two begins to settle down some. Many newlyweds remain focused on their careers and their homes, making them the best they can. This is the time that many married couples use to find the house of their dreams if they are renting or finishing up that bit of graduate school to become a part of the profession they have studied for so long.

This does not mean that you have to carry it on you, but do make sure to have it so it will be easy to get to when a moment occurs that you need it. The first years of your child’s life are special and you will want to record a great deal of it in pictures and video.
The holidays are a great time to make special memories. Think about how it will feel having your baby helping you in the kitchen when she is twelve or thirteen years old? Imagine how you will feel when she takes the roasting pan with lid out of the oven after you have been so used to warning her all these years to stay away from the stove because it is hot.
