Anger is something that cannot be controlled easily. So how do you know if you have anger issue? If you are the type of person that easily gets annoyed even with petty stuff, I suggest that you evaluate yourself because you might have problem controlling your emotion. Anger can make people do things they later regret. Do not be one of this people, learned how to cope with your anger before it ruins you.
There are many reasons why people get easily angered such as stress, fear, or getting into unnecessary arguments. In order to avoid this situation, there are some things you can do to cope with your anger. For example if somebody’s trying to pick an argument with you, it is best to just walk away rather than argue with that person.
The best way to cope with your anger is to write down how you feel; writing can take away your annoyance and irritation towards whatever is bothering you or whoever is bugging you. Plus, it can help you realize why you are angry in the first place. Another thing, taking a deep breath can calm your nerves and mind.
Becoming angry is not the answer. Once you accept this and see that your anger is not going to make you feel better and it certainly will not get rid of the problem you are half way there. Make a joke. Yes, laughing reduces anger or alternatively go and speak to somebody about how you feel. All of these things will help you control your anger.
Some people may prefer to seek professional anger management therapy if the methods of self-control are not effective enough. Cognitive Behavioral Therapies are often used for this purpose.
If there is one particular person or event that can flare you up or push your limitation, then there are two things you can do. Talk to that person and ask them, they may not deliberately bait you. If that doesn’t work, it is best to end whatever relationship you had with them
Now that you understand the reason for your irritation and how best to cope with your anger on a positive way, use them daily until you are totally able to easily control your emotion. Only you can help yourself and no one else. Not even your love ones can change you. So before you ruin yourself by those unwanted feelings, deal with them right now and use these as your tool to solve your anger issue
