Do Prescription Discount Cards Help People Save Health Care Dollars

October 31st, 2009 Neil Warner No comments

Anybody is entitled to receive medications at a discounted price regardless of their pay, age or pre-existing conditions. There is a new medication discount card accessible to everyone that wants it, and it is free of charge! Access to medical care and rx access is available too.  For too long, people without medical insurance have been paying full retail prices for their prescription medicine however by means of this innovative plan they will now have someone by their side. Prescription help is available.

There are a number of companies that have plans to slash the price of drugs to those people with no health insurance policies. This has developed into quite an chance to save healthcare dollars including cardholders in the entire 50 states. Commonly, these drug discount cards are accepted at more than 55 ,000 community and nationwide pharmacies.

Several non-profit organizations and clinics hand out the cards as a way to fulfil a need and assist their area in difficult times. The discount cards have been mailed to local United Way agencies, clinics, physician offices and pharmacies in addition to neighboring community health centers. These cards are not insurance, but they can reduce the cost of your prescription medication by up to 39  % or more. The person simply presents their card to the pharmacy then they are assured that they will pay either the discounted cost or the pharmacy’s retail cost, whichever is less.

There are patients that are saving $24 -$65  on a medicine as a consequence that is money they can spend to buy groceries, pay rent or pay the utility fees. Individuals are in addition able to receive the medicines they very much want. The cards are offered at no cost to any person and there is no maximum on how frequently they can be used.

A new manner that certain organizations are capable to help out uninsured persons is through Prescription Assistance Programs. These programs are operated by each pharmaceutical company and each one is a little special. If a individual qualifies though, they might be given their prescription medicine at no cost. To meet the requirements the person needs to be without medical insurance and your household take-home pay can not exceed certain guidelines.

There is a humungous need for prescription medicine help at this instant, particularly in view of the fact that a bunch of Americans continue to lose their jobs. A lot of Americans could do with assistance at this instant more than ever.

Advice To Help Increase Self-Esteem And Self-Confidence

October 31st, 2009 Neil Warner No comments

Do you lack confidence? Would you like to find out ways in which you could increase your self-esteem and self-confidence? If you have answered one or both of these questions with a “yes” then this article may well be worth a read.

Throughout my childhood and teenage years I was a person who had a real lack of self-belief. I have to say that in reality I did not like myself. I was extremely jealous and envious of other people and what they seemingly had in comparison to me. They seemingly had it so easy where as for me life was a constant struggle. What I needed was to some how gain confidence.

I had a stutter you see which did make life unbearable at times. I did eventually, at the age of twenty-two, manage to achieve fluency which of course was a great relief. I had however already spent the previous eighteen years struggling to cope with a stuttering or what is also known as stammering problem that virtually destroyed my entire confidence.

At the end of the day I realised that the grass is always greener and that I had to start to realise that I was one of the lucky ones. I had to stop being so hard on myself and at the same time work towards improving the areas of my life that I was not happy with.

I also had to stop stressing, panicking and worrying so much. My whole approach to life had to change; I was now going to start to think in a positive manner.

These were some massive changes that I was attempting to make to the way that I lived my life and I will not try and tell you that it was easy. In the end however the hard work and determination did pay off; I am now able to talk fluently with a new found confidence.

I hope that you will also be able to gain in confidence; I will be happy to help in any way that I can.

As a successful businessmen I am now involved in various projects including one which offers training for foster carers. This is a great deal fun as the lessons are very beneficial and the feedback thus far has been very positive.

Manifestation Brings Amazing Benefits

October 30th, 2009 Neil Warner No comments

In the most basic sense of the word manifestation refers to one’s ability to control the direction of their own life. In a more powerful form it is the ability to tap into the power of the mind to create the results that you want. Just like many of the mind’s abilities, we are all born with an innate sense of such skills and we stop developing them when we are very young.

Some websites suggest that there are foods you can eat to help tap into your own manifestation powers. Commonly known as brain foods, there are certain fatty acids and proteins that can make the brain stronger and help you develop a more attuned mind. Not all experts agree with dietary contributions, but since the foods that are healthy are the ones that feed the brain, you can err on the side of probability.

The power of the mind has only been partially explored. It is capable of many things we do not fully realize at this time. We can do many things and not even realize it is our mind that is making them so. However, many individuals know the basics of manifesting abundance.

On a low level we can all create a certain amount of manifestation and we even are encouraged to do so. When we are sick we are reminded that are thought patterns are essential to our healing process. When we are chasing a goal we are reminded that we have to stay focused in order to make it happen. These are mild forms of the power of manifestation.

What we fee our mind is essential, since the information we give it for processing and focus will help to determine the direction of our life. Focusing on small details that have no bearing on our mission forward will not aid us in practicing the skill of manifestation, we need to make a change.

So take some time, first, to learn to clear your mind of all that internal chatter and nonsense that takes up so much of your attention, needlessly. This is going to take some time, so don’t expect it to happen overnight. The ability to manifest is like anything else, a talent that needs to be developed. In fact, it takes a dedicated effort to truly develop it to its fullest potential, such that you may even eventually want to call it a lifestyle.

However, if we take the time to develop our ability to clear our mind and tap into our own sense and ability we will find that we become literally much more focused and capable of completing what we are looking for.

When it comes to mastering the natural abilities, it is possible to discipline yourself for manifestation. Master your natural abilities and then develop those abilities even further.

Potentially The Best Way To Overcome Shyness

October 30th, 2009 Neil Warner No comments

There were many reasons as to why I was a shy person. My family by nature for whatever reason are seemingly always worrying about something or other. The majority of us basically have the wrong attitude to life; I am not really sure why this is but the result has been detrimental to our quality of life.

I also grew up having to cope with a stuttering problem which as you can imagine did not help my own confidence levels and only added to what was already the difficult task of mixing with other people. I did eventually manage to achieve fluency but only after suffering with the speech impediment for eighteen years.

I now help people to overcome stuttering, I also work as a web promotion expert as well as advising people on becoming a foster parent.

I have to say that I always preferred to be by myself and was what many people saw as a loner. When I am on my own nobody can hurt me and I was also in no danger of stuttering. The weird aspect was that inside I was a very confident person who was desperate to show the world, the real Steve Hill.

Being shy made it difficult for me to form relationships with women and made my work life also more of a choir.

At the age of around twenty-one I decided to attempt to overcome my shyness once and for all. I had to understand the real reasons behind why I was shy and to deal with each one in turn. I went through a period of asking myself a number of questions; for example:

Why are you scared of people? This was because I had a fear of not being accepted or liked. They may hurt me by being aggressive towards me or by taunting me about my speech etc. This was me being paranoid, so I decided that if I don’t try, I won’t know.

Why are you afraid of socialising? This was because I did not feel that I had a lot to say and believed people would think I was boring. I decided just to try my best and to see what happens.

Why will you not have the guts or the bottle to talk to girls/women? I guess this was because I was worried that they would not have any interest in what I was saying or that they would make fun of me. It is similar to the case above; how I am supposed to know if I am not willing to give it a go.

I have now come to realise that out of ten people I meet, three of four of them might not like me, but that means there are six who will. Life is to short to be constantly paranoid and stressed. I have to battle against my shyness and break free of it once and for all.

I am pleased to report that my overall level of self-esteem and self-confidence is currently higher than they have ever been. I still have periods where I become shy but these are becoming less and less as time goes by.

Could You Learn How To Be A Remote Viewer?

October 28th, 2009 Neil Warner No comments

Imagine for a minute what it would be it might be like if you were a remote viewer, particularly if you have never taken a remote view or have at the very least recalled being a remote viewer.

Note that a remote viewer can go anywhere he wishes and see anything one would wish to see. This means it is possible to explore things in the past, present, or future. Yes, historical events can be visited as well as the world 30 years into the future. That means you can gain brilliant insight into a variety of issues, ventures, and subjects. In many ways, such powers can contribute greatly to the world we live in.

It is possible for anybody to take up remote viewing and become a remote viewer. However, it seems that many people have lost or simply forgotten their extra sense of perception. There are a number of types of extra senses that most humans have chosen to let go or waste because they have never had the chance to learn more about or practice their natural and innate mind powers.

Remote viewing will usually involve viewing an area or locale that a person knows nothing about. Even the research test subjects will have limited knowledge on the subject. This is true whether they are exploring via a conscious or unconscious mind. Usually, a mere coordinated keyword is presented to the individuals prior to their development during the test and this serves as their only reference.

There is no reason that you can’t remote view in a location that you are very familiar with even though you aren’t in the location at the time the test or practice session is taking place. There are governments that have invested millions of dollars into the investigation of power of mind techniques like remote viewing. Remote viewing is a term that normally falls under the umbrella terms of psychic or paranormal, just as astral travel, lucid dreaming and other psychic abilities do.

How can you develop your natural ability of remote viewing?

What Can Be Done to Develop and Enhance Your Natural Abilities to Remote View?

Remote viewing requires the power of the mind and the ability can either come naturally or the mind can be trained to do it. It is possible to find a great deal of information about being a remote viewer to learn more about it. For example, you should look for several guided visualizations and meditations that will help you attain the right frame of mind and the level of relaxation required to remote view.

That means it is necessary to take the steps needed to become very relaxed when learning and practicing the process of meditation and visualization. You just need to practice until you can discover what works best for you. Keep in mind that all of this will take time and effort so it is best to avoid being impatient with the development of these skills. This way, you will slowly develop the talent needed to become a remote viewer.

One more thing to keep in mind is that you don’t want to be disturbed while you are remote viewing whether you are just learning and practicing you skills and talents. Make sure that you are in a comfortable and quiet area so you will be able to get the very best results from you sessions.

Use a notebook to record various details of your remote viewer experiences and tests. You might work with different kinds of remote viewer items while you are developing your instinctual and natural talents and skills. Keeping a remote viewing journal is very helpful when tracking your progress and determining what works best for you.

As humans we naturally have these talents, skills, or gifts. However, many people have forgotten about the various psychic abilities they have. We can awaken and training these natural tools, the will work for us, as we learn how to practice bringing focus to our innermost higher selves.

Whether you want to learn about your past or your future, you can do so through becoming a remote viewer. It can tell you all you need to know. You just need to develop the ability to feel it.

Your Past Life Revealed

October 27th, 2009 Neil Warner No comments

The concept of having a past life or perhaps several is reincarnation. It is an ancient concept in various cultures the world over. Some of these include Africa, Japan, Australian aborigines as well as some New Age religions and modern Wicca. They believe we have lived past lives and that those past lives influence us today.

Your past life is believed to have been influencing your health, your mental well being, and your social interactions at this present life. And because of this, it will be better for you if you will be able to make yourself stronger and better now by knowing your past life, whether what you were before or settling what you haven’t settled before.

How do we know if we have had past lives or not? Most of us cant but our dreams and visions which are not connected to this life can tell that we do. Reiencarnation believers feel that all souls have a past life (though some feel that there seem to be some new souls added seeing the increased population). There are other signs of having a past life like:

* You may be fascinated or strongly attracted to a culture which you have had no exposure to and which does not feature anywhere in your present life. For example if you are unreasonably attracted to the Mesopotamian era and fascinated by the art in that period then there may be a possibility that you have a connection with that place. Try to learn more about the culture to know specifically what attracts you. If you can narrow down the time period then you may get a good hint.

* Unusually strong emotions concerning a historical incident, for example, may cause you to become misty eyed, such as looking at Washington Crossing the Delaware but not at any other revolutionary art, may indicate that you were involved in such a past life incident.

* Certain physical or psychological issues and problems that you cannot explain or give logical reasons for its existence may be linked to what your past life was.

Don’t just merely go by these points since these do not prove that you had a past life recall. Instead search for more clues like things that you really love without reason and some patterns that make sense. These clues will help you to unravel your past life and what it would have been like.

You may be able to access your past life or past lives by being hypnotized by someone else or with self-hypnosis. You may find that a visit to a past life regression specialist well worth the time and money. Past life regression, is a deep hypnotic form of recalling memories from the subconscious mind.

Self hypnosis can be accomplished by many techniques like relaxation methods. Practice relaxing before using self hypnosis for past life regression.

There is nothing significant to worry over in the terms of safety, since what should happen is that you are able to experience a past life just as vividly as if you were actually going back in time. It may not be as intense as described here; however, you should be able to experience feelings and shadow of your past life.

Pleasant memories trigger pleasant feeling; while past life memories that are bad generally trigger the same type of feelings, such as having a bad dream. You wake up feeling uncomfortable, similar to having a nightmare. Keep in mind, however that if there are any bad memories, they are an essential aspect of the past life regression experience.

What is important is remembering a past life. Once you remember, you are able to move on in this life. Problems occur when there is subconscious suppression of these memories. Acknowledging and accepting what happened in the past can aid you, while experiencing you present life with an entirely different point of view.

In relation to this, the theory of Karma says that those people who lived their past lives in such a good and kind way and have done acts of kindness in the past, they will surely have good Karma in this present life as long as they remained kind and good. But this Karma may possibly change if you turned yourself into a bad person. Instead of good karma, bad karma will definitely follow you in this present life even if you were kind and good in the past.

On the other hand, many people feel that no body is really bad and no one needs to suffer for something that he has done in a past life and doesn?t remember. Each new life is a new chance to make new choices. Once you know that there was something that was not good in your past life then you need to let that memory go and forgive yourself and all others involved. This will help you to become free of the past and have a great life.

How To Increase Self-Esteem

October 27th, 2009 Neil Warner No comments

So you are looking into ways and techniques to enable you to gain confidence and increase self-esteem. Well guess what? You have come to the right place as in this article I will be providing free tips and advice about this very subject, I hope you enjoy the read.

I spent the first twenty-two years of my life having to cope with a stuttering problem. This as you may imagine had a major, negative, impact on my overall self-esteem and self-confidence. I was constantly accepting second best in life and was often in a depressed state of mind. I was less than impressed with the hand of cards that I had been dealt and was full of self pity. I believed, in my negative way, that I would struggle at the dating game, I would struggle to forge a successful career and that I would therefore have a rather unhappy future. What was the point? Where was the hope? Why should I even bother to get dressed in the mornings? These were questions that I asked myself on a regular basis. I became in a form of rut and could see no way out.

It was not until my early twenties that I was to emerge out of this negativity. No longer was I going to accept second best, no longer was I going to be a depressive, no longer was I going to fear social situations and no longer was I going to be a loner.

So how did I manage to gain this new found sense of positivity? Well alcohol of all things is the answer to this question. Since the age of seventeen, or possibly even sixteen, I had been consuming vasts amounts of alcoholic drink. When intoxicated I could speak as fluently as the next man, I was happy, I was fearless, I was confident and I was care-free. Now do not worry the solution to your confidence and self-esteem issues is not to become drunk every night but what had this experience with alcohol taught me? Well quite simply it showed me that I was able to speak fluently and that I could be happy.

I just had to live life when sober as I did when I was drink. For example I had to learn to be far more positive, far more care-free and far more stress-free. I am a decent human being, I am kind and I am honest.

I have also now realised that I have actually been dealt a very good hand of cards, I am one of life’s lucky ones. I am now looking forward to a bright and happy future!

I hope that my new found confidence will enable me to be able to help more people to learn how to play the guitar, this is something that is very important to me as it is a great instrument to play. I have now even started to offer online guitar lessons for beginners.

Can Not Have Children And Need Words Of Encouragement

October 26th, 2009 Neil Warner No comments

If you are unable to have children you should not feel like it is the end of happiness. Even for those that get counseling for this it is hard to accept. You get reminded of your situation when you have to attend functions where most people turn up with their children.

For really inspirational and uplifting words on how you can cope with your situation you could look up any of these: words of encouragement quotes on encouragement scriptures for encouragement

The first thing that I will say to you is that in every condition there is always hope but to find hope you must first accept the fact you are facing , that you might not be able to have children of your own . You should be able to get to a point where you can talk about it openly and without fear, after all it wasn’t a choice that you made to be infertile was it. There is still a chance at being happy just don’t use having children as a way of defining your happiness.

In most cases you find that your spouse is the one that has problem with you not being able to have children and makes it hard for you to accept. Obviously such a situation is not easy for the both of you because he has to understand how you feel and at the same time you must put yourself in his shoes and understand how he feels.

Having been in the same situation myself I will tell you that this is one situation that has no clearly defined way of being dealt with. It calls for patience and understanding by both you and your spouse. If you are ever going to talk about this subject try avoiding the house set up or environment. Go out somewhere, for a drive, a picnic where the emotions won’t be so high.

There are sites that you can log onto as often as you like and you will always find an encouraging word there whenever you feeling low. They have helped me cope with my own situation and I’m sure they will work for you too.

Anger Management Techniques – Remember, It’s Not Personal!

October 26th, 2009 Neil Warner No comments

Anger can quickly become all consuming and hard to deal with, affecting our ability to think rationally and make wise choices.  Many people choose to learn anger management techniques to free themselves from these kinds of destructive and negative effects.

Persistent feelings of anger may cause a lot of damage; they can hurt others as well as you.  Your body will be suffering through increased stress levels and higher blood pressure.  Your mind will be plagued by negative thoughts leaving little room for positive emotions. If you are unable to manage your anger properly, your relationships will likely suffer.

Anger management techniques are fairly easy to learn but do require a little practice to really impact on your life on a daily basis.

Some Simple Anger Management Techniques
Changing your thinking patterns is the first easy step for managing your anger.  Instead of blaming others for our anger we need to accept, that for the most part, the things that people do are not designed to make us angry – they are just getting on with their lives.  Their actions are not personal to us and therefore we shouldn’t take it personally!

That driver that cut you off last week could have just come from visiting their dying mother in the hospital or they might have seen another danger on the road that you failed to see.  It’s very unlikely that they cut you off on purpose.

Is The Threat Real?
The truth is that most of what causes us to feel angry is not a personal attack on us though we often perceive it as such.  When we think we are being attacked, anger is a natural biological response to help us fight off the danger, but those of us with anger management problems can see attacks and threats in the wrong places.  Here are a few examples of when anger may not be appropriate and we when need to think about whether the action is personal or not:

  • A friend lets us down at the last minute
  • Our spouse forgets to do something we asked them to do
  • Our teenager borrows something without asking
  • The waiter brings us the wrong order
  • Someone cuts us off when driving
  • Our boss does not praise the work we do
  • Our parent criticizes a decision we made

Some of these actions above may make us feel sad, neglected, disappointed or ignored, but those are our feelings to deal with – we don’t need to make someone else responsible for them.

Try to remember that 99% of the time, that person will have just been getting through THEIR day, without any intention of hurting you.  There are many anger management techniques available and this one called “It’s not personal!” can be learned quickly and easily – why not try it!

Dealing With Anger Issues – Getting It All Out

October 26th, 2009 Neil Warner No comments

Everyone gets angry at some point in time but the ways in which you are dealing with anger issues is important as there are constructive and damaging responses to anger. Anger is generally a sign that something is the matter and this can be a good catalyst for change. However if you handle anger in the wrong way then you can cause relationship and health problems.

You need to recognize what exactly is causing your anger so you can learn how to avoid the triggers or at least recognize how that trigger affects you. When you delve into these matters, you may be quite surprised at the eventual “main” cause of your problem. It’s not unusual for this to be something you thought you had dealt with years ago. Anger is caused by many things including stress, conflict, sleep deprivation and many other factors.

If you notice yourself getting angry a lot then keeping an anger journal can help to uncover what is making you angry. Many people find that talking to a good friend or therapist is also a good way to uncover your anger cause.

Researchers and behavior analysts have found that writing down your feelings is very beneficial and a great form of therapy. There has been a lot of research in this area and it is found that the act of writing is looked at as something constructive and active. Just the fact t hat you can recognize and write about your anger means that you are doing something to get rid of that anger.

By writing about your anger or talking to a friend it is possible to uncover what is triggering your anger and then you can take steps to decrease or eliminate those triggers. It may not be possible to eliminate all of them but you can also find ways to release your stress and anger so that you can be a calm and positive person.

Finally it has also been found that those individuals that hold on to their anger can develop health problems such as high blood pressure and organ damage. It is therefore very important to find constructive ways to release your anger or prevent anger from occurring in the first place.
